The Sociable Type (ESFP)
ESFP types are outgoing, active, open-minded, kind, and optimistic. They are practical and warm-hearted individuals, adapt well to any situation. Their keen interest in people and their surroundings enables them to show common sense in dealing with both individuals and issues. They find joy in their lives through material possession or management and are often drawn to professions requiring practical skills and common sense, such as medicine, sales, transportation, entertainment, nursing, secretarial work, clerical duties, supervisory roles, and machinery. They excel at creating a lively, fun atmosphere in any organization or community. However, they sometimes lack depth, can be overly talkative, or neglect their work.
